grill not working?

I have a creda 362e eclectric cooker and the grill only works when used via the top oven switch. Any ideas - a wiring diagram would be helpful.

Grill 2 off Creda 40122 not functioning. Replaced with two genuine Creda units. Reconnected & expected to work just fine. No such luck. What would you look at next?
