How can I fix our Bosch Exxcel WTE86304GB condens. T Dryer?

Our Bosch TD works for a time then stops saying 'container full' but often little water in the water container and the drum/ clothes are very wet. I've cleaned what I can reach - filter/ condenser/ passageways - but the problem keeps recurring - appliance now about 6mths old. Any ideas. please?

Hello. Can the person who fixed their dryer above please provide any additional details? How to you access the sump to clean out the pump and release the float? Is this possible from the front of the machine? (Our is stacked and a tight fit, so just wondering if I would need help to bring it down to access the back panel.) Thanks!

Hi We have just had the same problem with a BOSCH WTE86308GB Classixx but we appear to have mended it. At the bottom of the machine is a water sump containing a pump (to take the water up to the container) and a magnetic float sensor. If the bottom of the sump like our was get full of wet fluff the float cannot drop down so the float gets higher and higher and then tell the cpu that the container is full when its not. I have photographs of us sorting it out if you need any help. It didnt take long to do. While we were at it we also cleared the fan blower of fluff so now the dryer operates a lot hotter like it did when new. Slideintime@aol.com
