A Big thanks Katrina!
I also just happened to snap off my W133's handle (though I didnt even pull any hard :( ).
As Katrina says, it can be opened with a knife (preferably a medium sized one), push it vertically into the life side of the gap (from where the plastic broke off) with the non-cutting edge downwards (basically insert the kniefe upside down). keep pushing it while pointed slightly to the right. Take care to not push unless you are beyond the metal clip. Now you will face some resitance try pushing a bit hard and you will hear some slight shifting/sliding of the locking mechanism. Now apply force to the other side (left), probably you will lose the locking mechanism with a click kind of sound once or twice but after a few trials it will be possible to open the door.
I hope the detailed description really helps someone like me.
Thanx to Katrina again for the knife idea, I was unsuccesful with a screw driver.
