my battery is dead in my 1997 Neon Chrysler, what do I do?

I knoiw that there is a special way to boost my car battery... how do I do it? We let the car sit for about one month and it would not start!

Modern batteries tend to fail almost instantaneously. That is say one day they work and the next day they don't. (Rather than deteriorate in performance over a perios of time.) Not using a modern battery lowers its life expectancy. You could take the battery out and charge it up. If it still fails to start the car or does not retain its charge I am afraid that the fix is buy a new one.
