Oven not heating ideas please?

hi i have a faulty cooker an electrolux EOB976x1 now i have no heat the grill works fine but the oven fan fan doesnt now i have changed the thermal cut out the top element and the thermostat, now would it be likely that it'll be the other element that sits in front of the fan??

Oven is controlled by the Timer, if the timer/clock is not set right it won't work, so check that first, set the time on the clock and then dial the timer to a few minutes of cooking time then check if it works, remember the timer has contacts so the timer itself may have gone wrong which you haven't replaced, but you can bypass the timer switch contacts just to ensure that the element and the other things are ok, or use a Digital meter to check continuity of the circuit. remember to bypass the correct contacts on the timer, shorting out wrong pins could prove fatal as most cookers are fused at 30 Amps and shorting out wrong contacts could mean a big bang!
