Hello, can anyone give me some information on this fault code? It comes on during every load, I have to cancel and start it again. Thank you.

your problem could be a blocked drain pump or a water inlet problem.
i would try this: turn off the water supply to the machine.
remove the lid, disconnect the hose from the inlet valve to the soap tray.
now blow down the hose to the soap tray, this will remove any blockage.
also check the water hose filter for any blockage.
