my jinlun keeps cutting out?

My jinlun jl125-11 wont go very far before there are problems i drove for 20 minsand when i stopped and then tried to start again it wouldnt go without me bump starting it. then as i got further down the road from starting it again my lights on everything decided to go very dim. and after riding for 5 mins they decided to boot themself up again. when i stopped the bike again would not start. i also have trouble starting the bike if i have left it for over an hour. how do i fix any of this ?

go to jinlun-owners.co.uk the guys on there, and myself, will be able to help you out :) also Andy its not a 'cheap chinese scooter', it is imported sure, but these bikes are great, maybe you should check the site out urself - the scooter variation is the JL125 T - as i say mate, go to the jinlun forums, well answer your questions there :)

these cheap chinese scooters come from the factory with tight valve clearances, so when hot they wont idle. i am willing to place a bet that it hasn't even done 500Km??
