i have a veritas alarm i have just had a new front door the wires came out of the door sensor i got a new door sensor not sure wear the wires go

the wires from allarm are green blue red white black yellow on the door sensor red blue yellow black i have conected colour to colour no joy end red light comes on when i type my number in

On magnetic sensor there ars silver terminals and gold terminals.the two wires from the "zone" terminals in your alarm panel(probably zone one if its your front door)go to the silver coloured terminals(dosent matter which wire goes to which terminal).
tamper wires (if connected)go to one of the gold terminals only(not both).
