my hitachi dz-mv750e,the door will not open.when i try to eject it nothing happens,it makes a noise but nothing,nada,zip

on top of the camera by the flash/light bracket is a single screw on the black plastic. unscrew this and remove plastic casing around flash bracket. inside you will see the release mech. slide the raised finn towards the front of camera and this will eject dvd door
