is the problem the matrix or the same as mine the hot cold electric valve turn to hot clicking noise no heat back to cold no noise

Does anyone know how to get the bolts out of the drop tray to replace the clips which lead from the "£$%^&^ Matrix to the engine.
Also another question is, the two pipes, which are which, Haynes do not tell you.

not so hard i found the the hardest bit was getting the drain tray bolts out ? from the engine bay behind the engine ,
