hi urrmm well i got my computer and it was running fine until one random day this thing downloaded itself called ''security tools'' and i cant do anything on my computer because it keps popping up and its realy realy annoying and it keeps doing it whilst im on this now and its making me wanna cry because i cant go on anything!!

I have a laptop and it powers up ok, but when it comes to the start up screen were you choose your user, i click on my name and shortly after, it will reboot itself?

Saying there's a problem with windows and needs to shutdown?

And then it just starts all over againe.

Firstly, ensure your antivirus is running on your PC.
Plug your pen-drive in, right click the drive and one of the listed drop-down menus will be to format.
Click format and Bobs your mothers brother.
