how can i get my lighter to work?

Vauxhall Zafira 1.6 E Reg Fuse Panel?

I no longer have the manual for our Vauxhall Zafira. I need to know where to find a list of the fuses and what each one controls. My in-car lighter doesn't work. Please help.
