fuse/relay replacement diagram 2001 Ford Focus SE?

I need to replace the fuses and/or relays in my 2001 Ford Focus SE that work the third break light bar and the automatic trunk release button. Does anyone have a diagram of the fuse/relay boxes? I don't have a shop manual or owners manual for this vehicle.
