i have tried to open my bonnet with the key it opened the first stage initially, but now will not even do that. how can i get access without damage and repair reasonably.
please help.
Had same problem with my Focus a few weeks ago and thought the spring has gone or something as the key was just going right in and not turning! Surprisingly spraying lots of WD40 in the hole and on the key a good few times and turning both ways a bit rough finally got it opened! Took about 20 mins though so try and don't give up easily!
