You need to remove the Petrol Tank.
This is held in by 2 screws, one at the side and one on the front panel over the cyclinder head.
Once undone you then have to be careful removing not to damage the governor springs or the attachment to the governor itself.
You then remove the carb which is screwed into the top of the petrol tank.
