how can i get my fan oven to heat up ? model cucina k645rv/g?

how can i get the parts that are needed to fix my fan oven?. the fan is woking but the oven dose not heat up.make is indesit and model is cucina k645r v/G. i would also like to ask who can i call to help me repair this problem
