how can i get my fan oven to heat up ? model cucina k645rv/g?

how can i get the parts that are needed to fix my fan oven?. the fan is woking but the oven dose not heat up.make is indesit and model is cucina k645r v/G. i would also like to ask who can i call to help me repair this problem

it is probably the oven heating element. Usually can be replaced from inside the oven by removing the cover aroud the fan and swapping three wires from old element to new
