how do i up my revs on my vaxhaul vectra 2 0 gls?

my revs r very low but dont know where the screw is 2 do it

it probably needs plugging up to computer as the tickover is controlled by the ecu and there is no screw to adjust as the rpm are preset and if they have changed then it can only be reset by the ecu
