MY KENMORE REFRIGERATOR DRAIN PAN FULL?

THE DRAIN PAN IS FULL ON MY FRIDGE AND CANNOT GET IT OUT. WILL NOT FIT THRU THE FRONT GRILLE AND NOT THE BACK OF FRIDGE EITHER. IT IS FULL AND RUNNING OVER. HAVE HAD FRIDGE FOR 8 YEARS, NEVER HAD TO EMPTY BEFORE. POSSIBLY SOMETHING CAUSING IT TO OVERFLOW. MODEL #25371122101 SERIAL #LA12612882
