Have a hotpoint mistral plus fridge freezer, what does EA mean?

Where the temperature comes up we permeantly have EA in screen. The temperature keeps going upto +34 when it should read +4.

we have just got a fridge freezer and on the temperature itsgot 2 little arrows on and ff is on 34c is on it 2 and all flashing it been on for 3 day now and nothing its not freezeing and its not cold is it broke
