Am I the only one? - dodgy Hotpoint TDC32P?

TDC32P Any Ideas?

My TDC32P condenser keeps cutting out after a minute of running. It seems to run normally ie gets warm, rotates etc but keeps stopping for no apparent reason.
So far I've changed the thermostats and timer but don't know where to go next - can you help?

Also, anybody want to buy a 2nd hand timer? or know a good divorce lawyer!

Since I first asked my question somebody sugested that a thermal overload on the motor could be responsible. It always fails when it is supposed to change direction.
I'm confused and the Hotpoint Aquarius washer has failed again too!
If you can't answer this, do you know what is most likely to go wrong with my Hotpoint fridge, I'm sure that's next!

no mine is doing the same. Change the relay switch.

The only other thing it could be is the start relay.
If you hold the start button in does the appliance keep going then stop when you release??
If so, you'll need a new relay which is found behind the front console in the middle.

Does the drum start slowly?? lots of humming??
If so, you'll probably need to replace the 7uF capacitor by the motor. it's like a big white or silver sherbert tube with wires coming out, usually just next to the motor.
