turn off mains power,remove lid from alarm panel,alarm will sound, tape or get someone to hold down spring loaded switch on panel.then enter code to silence alarm.
link together "zone 1" terminals temporarly(only 12volts dc so you wont get a shock)with a bit of wire.
try to set alarm if it sets you either have a break in wiring a faulty magnetic contact or a faulty pir on zone one(if fitted).*make sure spring switch is taped/held down throughout or you will keep getting tamper alarms*
