ravenheat CSI 85A combi boiler. flame blowing out soon after ignition?

boiler is 2 years old. it starts normaly (fan starts, ignition clicks, pilot comes on then main burner ignights) After 30 seconds the main burner stops and the boiler then goes through the start up cycle, however the main flame ignights for an instant then seems to "blow out" This is not wind related.
Could this be the thermocouple faulty and not allowing the main burner to stay on? Any suggestions would be appreciated

Had similar problems on same model last year on 18 month old boiler. Problem found to be electronic board fault. New board fitted problem solved. If your unit only has a 12 month warrenty try to claim costs under the Sale of Goods Act ,this can be done on line(Money claim) and worked for me reclaiming £210 + cost of action £30.
Keep all receipts, ask repairer for brief written confirmation of defect, and keep defective part for examination if requested.
Good luck
