OIL FILLER CAP ( TALBOT EXPRESS)?

HI, JUST BOUGHT A TALBOT EXPRESS FANFARE CAMPER. I TRIED TO ADD AN OIL ADDIDIVE AND COULD NOT FIND THE FILLER CAP..CAN ANYONE HELP? THANK YOU
