i have a 2000 renualt mugane sport,automatic. the water in the water tank isnt being pumped around the engine it just sits there not doing a lot. however the engine has not over heated as the fan keeps it cool. the tempeature dial in the car has never gone passed half way and no warning lights have shown up on the dash board. is this normal or has my water pump gone
