appliance seems to work fine untill it reaches the desired tempreture, and then starts to defrost,and will not start working again until the power is switched off and back on again.

I have same problem with my SR-20. No fault codes on front panel. Please could someone tell us why and which samsung component requires replacement - I know I should stick to aircraft, but my guess using my avionics experience is that a switch or sensor is not functioning, resulting in the defrost cycle not cutting off thus not allowing the freezer/fridge to resume cooling. Iam I getting warm! Thanks
