Open corrupt? unreadable files?

I have some music files on my pen drive written in Sibelius 4(file ext .sib) When I put the pen drive in the computer it shows the file name as characters (@=h6$j)or (edeglu.)
and ask what program to use to open, and then says it can't.

The pen drive shows 112mb usage but each file shows o bytes
Any ideas? what I've done wrong

First thing comes to mind is that yes the files are corrupted and have become so when transfered.

The problem will lie in fixing the corruption, Sibelius using a properietary .sib extension which cant open in any other program i know. I would revert to the master copies providing you have them and failing that copy the corrupted files using DOS to your PC and try to open them there. Sometimes miracles happen.
