my craftsman riding mower starts fine then will stall out?

My craftsman riding mower LT 1000 starts fine then it will stall out after a couple of minutes. I then try leaving the trottle up high, but that only makes it last alittle bit longer before it stall out.

I just started having the same problem. Can anyone help. I changed the air filter, the fuel filter, and the spark plug and I am still expiriencing the dying out after a few minutes.
