Can be a sign of an ink cartridge issue. Try reseating the cartridges or power it on with none in and see if its a different error.
If it does seem different (the 2 flash in a row rather than together - 1.2.1.2.1.2) its cartridges are faulty.
Else if its not (1 and 2 together about every second)there is a possibility its Terminal and the printeris faulty
