ignition lights all on but starter motor will not turn over when key is turned replaced starter moter but still will not turn over previous to this battery was removed for charging. only have a click from a relay under dash
Assuming the car was running fine before this problem started then I'd say it's a flat battery I'm sure. The starter needs to draw an awful lot of power from the battery, if the lights on the dash go out/dim when you try to start the engine the starter motor is getting power.
Before you go replacing anything just borrow some **GOOD** jump leads and I reckon you'll be on your way in no time (trust me - even if you think the battery is fully charged).

Is it a new battery? If not, try jump starting your car from another battery. Sometimes even if your battery appears to be fully charged, it's not holding enough charge, due to it's condition.

Have you tried jump starting your car using another battery? If your car then starts ok, you then know it's your battery causing you the prob. Maybe your battery is not holding it's charge. Also try cleaning up your battery terminals & refitting battery.
