my printer goes off line after printing 1 photo and then i have to shut everything down and start over , the computer said off line or printer is not connect when it is?

Is it a very large photo? Have you tired printing other pictures? Try downloading a small image from the net (find a picture, right click it, choose Save Picture, save it to your desktop. Then double-click it and try printing it.) It's possible that the picture is too large, but it should'nt happen. Good Luck!
