how do i change the belt on my wirlpool washing machine?

the washing machine will wash but it won't let the water out and it won't spin

Hello Grace,
Unlikely it will be a belt problem, unlikely it will be motor brushes because the Whirlpool does not have them so I would think it will be a programme problem, engineer I am afraid.
