How do I thread a toyota rs200 sewing machine?

How do I thread a toyota rs 2000 sewing machine?
Anna, August 2007
Hello again Anna,
If you are in the US and you have the 200 model to thread the machine follow these instructions.
First make sure the presser foot is in the up position, from the cotton reel on top pull the thread to the left and put the thread through the top thread guide, you may have two on top of the machine, straight down through the tension discs to the large cotton guide, go round the right hand side and back up and thread it through the takeup lever right to left, take the thread back down towards the needle threading through any cotton guides on the way, through the needle front to back,
make sure you have the flat side of the needle facing to the back, before you thread the needle make sure the takeup lever is in the up position otherwise when you have threaded completely the thread will pull out of the needle the minute you turn the balance wheel, no sure what the 2000 model is but see my previous message.

Hello Anna,
Can't think what the front of your machine looks like, if it is possible for you to email a picture of the front of your machine I can tell you exactly and anything else you need to know.
