should i replace head gasket?

hello again, i am currently replacing the tappets on my 95 vectra. as i am removing the head bolts, if there is any warping on the head[ as there may be due to an old overheating problem] should i remove the head aswell or just leave it alone. there is no gasket problem at the mo. thanks guys.

thanks calvin, is it expensive to gat a head skimmed, would i be better off getting a replacement from the scrappy?do ib need to strip the head before skimming?thanks again

If you've removed the head bolts that that could cause the head to warp and possibly more if it's been overheated in the past. If you do take it off then you'll need to get it skimmed before replacing it or face another gasket failure and overheating later.
