How do i roll up my window?

Recently the window in my honda civic the back left winow will roll down but not up. I dont even care enough to get it fixed properly but i need to find a way to just get it up to pass inspection.

use a long nose pair of pliars to reach into the rubber slot of the window and pull up the glass!!!!!!! carefull though
