Hot point WMA 64 appears to be overfilling ?

I have a hot point WMA 64 P and the door seal had split. Machine is a bout 14months old. I changed the seal but there appears to be tomuch water going into the drum . This eems to have the effect of causing the drum to drop and distort the seal and water the leaks out of the front door.

Any advice much appreciated.

Keith, I suspect thatthe wife has been using to much washing powder and fabric conditioner, the rsult is a biuld up of sludge in the bottom of the drum. Some of this has by the sounds of things blocked the pressure bottle and is preventing the pressure switch operating correctly. You'll have to strip the machine down again and give the drum housing and pressure chamber a clean.
