how do I change glow plugs?

I have a P reg VW golf and need to change the glow plugs - how do I do it?

Also remove old plugs whilst the engine is hot, it will make them easier to remove.

sorry i cant be clearer as im not sure if iv ever done a golf but im pretty sure I have the normal procedure is to remove the power rail then remove and replace the glow plugs and reattach the power rail
