go here youll need to replace the sensors im in the process of doing it myself youll need to take everything out the freezer and take the back panel out and defrost it, this will bring it back to life but only for about a wk or 2 then youll need to repeat the process unless you replace the sensors theres 3 sensors 1 defrost which is connected to the pipe of the cooling pipes 1 in the back of the freezer plastic bit which youll be removing and 1 in the fridge unit at the top half of the fridge.
if you go here http://www.4directelectricals.co.uk/cgi-bin/search.pl?query=Samsung%20RS20CCSV&brand=Samsung&model=RS20CCSV&path=111066&model_pre=RS20CCSV&shop=samsung
youll be able to buy 1 defrost sensor and 2 temp sensors
the fridge is cooled by the freezer which at the top of the fridge compartment there 2 slits if you remove the 4 screws which hold it there you will see a block of foam stuff and inside that is a motorised flap which allows the freezers chill to pass in the fridge if that the problem just
lodge it open and the fridge will cool its not the best answer but it will definetly work.
hope this helps ive searched for answers myself in the end i just took it apart and found the probs
also if the outlet at the bottom of the fridge unit is not kicking out cold air it need defrosting and maybe a defrost sensor..
gl hope i helped ;)
