My servis M6000W washing machine fills with water and pumps but will not spin or even turn at all . I have had the back off and the belt is still on . I have tested the voltage to the motor and it goes from 90v to 140v and i have tested the motor and all is ok . please HELP? as a new motor is £180 and i only payed £199 for the machine

you might want to check the thermal fuses for your motor . If you have a wiring schemitic they will look like a fuse.
