Hello, I have a CMAN 17.5 lawnmower and it will turn over but not stay started longer than a few seconds. I have put in a new battery, spark plug, cleaned all of the lines and changed the oil. I sprayed some ether in the carb and this gets the engined to turnover very briefly. I took of the fuel filter and the gas flows through (maybe it is the filter)? Seems like gas is not getting to the Carb. Any advice would be great.

proably needle and seat sticking
