WFF 2000 Error codes?

The "Pre-wash" light flashes 4 times at the end of the cycle.
The machine runs empty but will not spin when loaded.

any ideas?

Thanks Phil,

It was the motor brushes, both were very worn down and one was pitted, looks like it had been arcing.

All fixed and domestic harmony is restored :)

hi sounds like the brushes have gone on the motor when theres no weight its ok but add the wash and not enough to run it
