My Hoover Washer/Dryer WEM120
has suddenly stopped spinning. In fact it doesn't move at all, even in the intial stages of the cycle.

My hoover acm 15 will not spin on any cycle or programme. Some water got onto the main board, but I cleaned it up and dried it off. It started working 100% again. However, later on that day I could hear arking/crackling coming from the bottom of the machine. I turned it off that night and let it dry out. went back to it to the following day and the same fault has occured as described above. No spinning. I've dried out the board and all plugs just in case to no avail. Any ideas.
