remove the lid by undoing two screws on the rear, look for the large motor, on each side is a small wire attched to the brushes. Unclip the wire, it's a bit fiddly, the even an even more fiddly bit is to push in the small clip (use a very small flat screwdriver) and release the brush, they are a bit awkward but once you have done a set its a piece of cake, fitting is teh reverse of above, make sure the brush is in contact with te armature on refitting, best discription I can give
