Hi We have just had the same problem but we appear to have mended it. At the bottom of the machine is a water sump containing a pump (to take the water up to the container) and a magnetic float sensor. If the bottom of the sump like our was get full of wet fluff the float cannot drop down so the float gets higher and higher and then tell the cpu that the container is full when its not. I have photographs of us sorting it out if you need any help. It didnt take long to do. While we were at it we also cleared the fan blower of fluff so now the dryer operates a lot hotter like it did when new. Slideintime at aol dot com
