Check the door seals are sealing properly all around.... you may need to twist the door a bit to get an even seal..... sounds drastic, but that's how it's done... I've seen it done in the factory.
The reason for the water is that the fridge is getting air into it and de-humidifying the air...... when you open the fridge, close it again as soon as you can, dont leave the door open for minutes at a time.
