I have exactly the same problem, with exactly the same make of machine. Everything works, it makes all the right noises, the program cycle goes round, it fills, drains, heats up, even the dryer element works, but the motor has just stopped turning. It's not the motor, because I've replaced it with a new one. I would like to know what else might be causing this problem. There is voltage going to the motor, but nothing going to the brushes.
Looks like I'm going to have to dump it! Please help!!

Chances are the brushes in the motor need changing. Its an easy job to do yourself and save the call out fee for an engineer. Brushes cost approx £14 for the pair. Unplug electric cable, take off the lid and expose the motor at the top. On both sides you will find a wire connected to a rectangular piece of rubber. Remove the wire (longnose pliers work best), remove the rubber plug (old brushes), insert new, connect wires back up and it should be working as normal.
