How can I fix my clio 1.4 RT?

I recently had the clutch replaced on my Mk1 1998 Renault Clio 1.4 RT. To do this, the engine had to be taken out, now thats fine, but the car isn't starting. The coil is fine, the crankshaft sensor is fine, and there are no breaks in the wires from the brain. The car tries to start but there is no fuel going through. When a power supply was connected directly to the coil the car started. Any ideas what the problem could be?

Found two wires corroded in going into the battery they've been sorted, but the car is still not starting. There is no spark. Any ideas on that?

Thanks

When the engine was removed a lot of electrical multiplugs would have been disconnected and reconnected when the engine was refitted. Check all the multiplugs and connectors around the engine for signs of looseness or damage.
