How do you set the timing on an old qualcast Suffolk punch 34?

Machine was working fine but cut out due to drive coupling nut coming loose which is now repaired.

Fitted new spark plug, cleaned out carb & jets but engine never fires. Can only summise the timing is now out.

if engine was stoped suddenly the fly wheel key has most likley snapped remove flywheel and replace, note flywheel nut is left hand thread
