torque settings ford fiesta 1992?

can anyone tell me the exact torque settings for the head of my 1.1 ford fiesta and the order of the head bolts

First thing you start in the middle and go in a circle and go get you manual from a parts store cause torque varys on alum-head bolt size alum engines my book says on a1.8L engine its56 to60 ft-lbs for a 1.9L and2.0L step 1 torque 30-44 loosen two turns tighten 1/4 turns from step 3 tighten 1/4 turns from step 4

Hi Drew the torque 22Ft/lbs or if your metric (agh!!) 30Nm
the sequence is
9 3 1 5 7
8 6 2 4 10
looking down on the head with bolts 8 & 9 nearest to the thermostat and bolt 2 between 2 & 3 spark plug holes

Tighten to the correct torque then repeat the process tightening the bolts by 90 degrees then repeat the same sequence again and tighten the bolts by another 90 degrees.
