take the rear wheels off the car and u will notice that there is six holes move the biggest one to the top and inside u will see a rachet that is held in place by the spring u hav to push this clockwise with a small screwdriver which in turn pushes the pads apart inside the drum do this untill the disc just starts to catch on the pads. job done refit the wheel and repeat on the other side hand brake cable will center itself. hand brake lever should now only click up two notches if not then repeat proccess as not enough slack was taken up in the rachet...
