Warm Fridge Mistral ff92?

I think I know from reading a previous posted question that the thermistor has stopped working, causeing my Hotpoint Mistral FF92 fridge section to be +18 but the freezer remains -22,
(7 years old), can anyone tell me which thermistor I need to get to replace it and were do I find it on the unit, and will it be a simple enough job to do. Thank you, Joanna.

Ok, so I have a Mistral FF92 na dhad the warm fridge scenario. I have an agreement with Scottish Gas so it doesn';t cost me to call them out or to fix.

To date, they've cleaned the ice build up from the baffle that Mike describes that takes the cool air from the freezer into the fridge, no joy.
They've re gassed it thinking there may be a blockage, and recently removed lots and lots of fluff build upfrom the front grill area.

Previously the fridge would sit at +23 and the freezer would show -21 even though I don't honestly think it was that cold........now waiting to see if that resolves the issue.

If not can anyone say if these "thermistors" being replaced may help to solve the issue or is it a new one?

Thanks

I have got the same problem, not to sure what to do.

Let me know if you have any luck

have you checked the baffle setting? The baffle is usually just a physical shaft/door that allows air from the freezer into the frig. Sometimes they get blocked by ice forming via a leaking ice maker.
